Couture Leatherworks offers a lifetime guarantee on defective products and hardware. 

Wear and tear is not included in this lifetime guarantee as leather is a natural product and will have slight imperfections. No two pieces will be the same and each piece will age and patina differently from each other. 

This is all part of the unique qualities of leather and what makes up the natural beauty.

In the event of a problem do not hesitate to contact us, we will attempt to repair the problem and if we cannot repair we will replace free of charge. 

Nothing else in the photographs is for sale or included in any part of the sale other than the listed item in the shop.
